Five tools. One record
Change orders, document management, document control, daily reports, submittals, and RFIs — not five apps taped together, but one connected record where the drawing, the question, the delay, and the money all reference each other.
Everything your paperwork runs on
Change orders
Priced from line items, routed for e-signature, tracked to approval — with an automatic log and audit trail. Extra work documented before it happens, paid after.

📐Document management
One current set, everyone on it — drawings and specs versioned, distributed with a record, superseded sheets archived, never ambiguous.
Explore document management →
🔐Document control
The enforcement layer: chain of custody, logged transmittals, access history, and audit-ready exports — provability for owners, agencies, and disputes.
Explore document control →
📱Daily reports
Field logs filed from a phone in minutes — labor, photos, delays — signed, time-stamped, and searchable across every project forever.
Explore daily reports →
📋Submittals
A live register by spec section with ball-in-court and aging — so shop drawings clear review before fabrication needs them, and stalls surface the day they start.
Explore submittals →
❓RFIs
Questions referenced to drawings, routed with aging, answered on the record — and flagged when the answer changes cost, so it becomes a change order instead of eaten margin.

One change, every module
Here’s the same real-world event moving through the whole platform — the thread point tools can’t hold:
| What happens on site | What Planroom records | Module |
|---|---|---|
| Engineer revises the framing plan | S-201 Rev 3 becomes current; Rev 2 superseded | Documents |
| New set goes to field, subs & vendors | Transmittal T-031 logged — 14 recipients, time-stamped downloads | Control |
| Crew hits a dimension conflict, idles 2.5 hrs | Delay entry in that day’s report cites the conflict | Daily report |
| The question goes to the architect | RFI-023, referencing Rev 3, flagged for cost impact, answered day 4 | RFI |
| The answer adds steel — extra scope | CO-012 priced from line items, e-signed, logged — citing the RFI and drawing | Change order |
Months later, one search reconstructs the whole story: what changed, who knew, who asked, what it cost, and who signed. That thread is the product.
Built by a contractor, not a software company. Keaton Bandhoesingh, Founder — preconstruction manager across three construction firms with $100M+ directly awarded. Every module exists because he needed it on his own jobs: the change order chain, plan distribution, the daily record, the reviews. Read the story →

Good to know
Do I have to use all five modules?
No — plenty of teams start with one workflow (usually change orders or daily reports) and grow into the rest. They’re all included at $149 either way, so there’s nothing extra to buy when you’re ready for the next one.
Can GCs and subs work in it together?
Yes — that’s the point. The GC’s register and the sub’s packages, the CO issued down and the COR submitted up, all live on the same record instead of in two versions of the truth.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It’s yours. Documents, logs, and records export cleanly — PDFs and spreadsheets — anytime, including on the way out. A record you can’t take with you isn’t a record.
How long does setup take?
Minutes — create an account, name a project, upload documents. There’s no implementation project, no training day, no consultant. If a foreman can’t figure it out on a phone, that’s our bug.
How much does it cost?
$149 a month, billed monthly — every module, whole team, no per-seat pricing, no setup fee, no contract.
